List of ideal weight from height body size


Each person generally wants to have a normal body weight or ideal to make it look proportional in which height and weight balanced. People whose weight is less than ideal will usually look skinny, while the above ideal body weight usually will look fat. However, many people who have a weight that is not ideal, as long as healthy then do not have to struggle to change his weight to ideal weight.

Suppose a woman weighing 65 kilograms and 161 centimeters high, then the woman into the category of ideal weight and included in the class of large body size. If the weight of 70 kg, then include not ideal and enter into a very large ukurang.

    1.Try not to consume over 2500 kcal/day
    2.Do sport,especially cardio (very beneficial for lose/mentain weight)
    3.Don't starve!(if you starve, you could have health problems)
